History

In 1991, with more than 15 years’ experience in Seafood industry, Jean-Louis SOURBÈS created IRTECH Company in the aim of create and develop new industrial processes specially in the seafood industry, for landed or aboard plants.

IRTECH is based in Brittany in France, one of the more important places of Europe for food industries.

It is located in Guidel, near Lorient, in south of Brittany. Our premises are easily and rapidly accessible: by road (1 min from the RN 165), by air (10 minutes from Lann Bihoué airport) and by train (15 minutes from Lorient’s station).
